Poetry Untamed by Katherine E Acosta

About Poetry Untamed:

Untamed Poetry has three sections of dark and light narrative poems. Dark Play is suspense, the unknown and a bit of twisted evil. Light Rise is light, bubbly, fun and at times humorous with maybe a lesson or two. Last but not least, Light Shade which is a bit calmer in nature and is neutral. These events are down to earth with a few still caught within the outreach of time.

Within these pages are stories situated within the arena of the unreal and its many faces. You try to fit the pieces together but somehow they don’t fit. No doubt you’ll be reading twice. Complications, experiences, mishaps and the pleasant all reside in such a place that is beyond this realm.

Author Bio:
As a child I loved to read and to this day I keep this passion alive. When there was no book at hand, I would pick up the daily newspaper or dictionary just to read. I would fall asleep reading.

Reading keeps the mind alive with different wonders of reality. As a teenager I developed the love of poetry. My favorite type would be rhyming verses. As I write I love to see how everything comes together. Sometimes finding the words to rhyme can be challenging, but that’s the fun part. I also love to imagine or create different worlds. The majority of my writings are fantasy. Within this realm, anything is possible. You can create characters that comes to play within your writings as if coming alive on their own. Sometimes you let them take direction and you just go with it. It’s quite intoxicating as they take you on a higher plane. Paper is blank and when you are done, you read the words and be amazed! Yes, I do love to write. I am broadening my horizons to write short stories. I guess, I’ll be a writer for life. Happy readings!
